Archipel School to keep its caretaker

16 February 2012 – Despite national and local cutbacks Alderman Ingrid van Engelshoven (for Education and Public Services) has decided to use €500,000 of the local education budget to ensure that 50 primary schools in The Hague can keep their caretakers until the school year 2014-2015. In her opinion ‘the school caretaker is indispensable when it comes to practical and organisational matters’ in schools.
