Carnegie Foundation presents website Memorials of the War and Peace Carillons, on 30 November 2017

1 November 2017

The Carnegie Foundation and promoters have the pleasure to invite you to the presentation of war memorials and Peace Carillons website.
A connection between ‘clocks’ and ‘war and peace’,  the sound of the tower clocks can be linked to the pursuit of peace and reconciliation.
This is especially the case for the forty war memorial and peace carillons established in different parts of the world during the last 100 years.
To promote and honor, the War Memorial and Peace Carillons network created a website.
The website gives an overview and description of War Memorial and Peace Carillons in the world.
We hope these instruments will continue to sound because of the rest and that this website will strengthen their voice!
