On King’s Day, 27 April 2016, the weather was cold but fortunately it did not rain for the larger part of the day. There is no doubt that the cold was the reason for the number of participants (smaller than in former years). We saw lots of orange but only few children offered their wares for sale at the free market.
The contests were held as usual and quite a lot of kids danced at the disco.
For the meal the tables were laid under a tent-roof.
Thanks and compliments to the group of volunteers who organize this event every year!
