2015 started well with a pleasant meeting in ‘t Klokhuis. Arnoud Offers, Chairman of the Community Council gave a summary of the activities developed in the past year. He thanked Folef Hooft Graafland, who is leaving the Board, for the valuable contributions he has made in all the years he was a member and welcomed Karin Hoogsteder as new member.
The volunteers who have run the Community Bus for 25 years were given the Ereprijs Charter, with warm words of thanks for their valuable work.
The working group Poetry-on-the-Wall mentioned the 7 wall-poems that our neighbourhood is proud of and promised that more are to come.
Friends, neighbours, volunteers enjoyed the refreshments, each others company and the good music of the orchestra “Otto Voce”.
