The second Dutch poem on the wall can now be read where Surinamestraat meets Laan Copes van Cattenburgh. It was written by Hans Andreus.
A free translation: “You are so beautifully different from me. Of course not more or less, but beautifully different. I would not want you in any other way, just different.”
