The Hague’s transport schedule for 2013

On 22 February 2012 the executive committee of Stadsgewest Haaglanden (metropolitan district of The Hague) released proposals for the public transport schedule for 2013 (to take effect on 9 December 2012) for public comment.

Residents have until 6 April to make their views known to Stadsgewest. After consideration of the comments received, a final proposal will be presented to the management board sometime in June.

Comments should be sent to:
Stadsgewest Haaglanden,

Only the following proposed changes will affect Archipel & Willemspark:

  1. Because of various work being carried on the tramway system the peak-time Tram 10 service (Statenkwartier – Voorburg Station and vice versa), which stops in A&W at Scheveningseweg (Ary vd Spuystraat), Carnegielaan (Burgemeester Karnebeeklaan) and Javastraat (Alexanderplein), will be discontinued. However, in 2013 the Tram 17 service (Statenkwartier-Wateringen and vice versa) will take over the route tram 10 formerly followed to the city centre for a period of around ten months due to work being carried out on Noordwal and Veenkade.
  2. Bus services 22 and 24 will no longer stop at the Buitenhof.
